We are strong in database management, mailings and liaise regularly with key trade partners such as airlines and tour operator. We follow market trends and track the needs of consumers.

Public Relations

Travel companies and tourism boards need to go to the consumer first rather than wait for the consumer to come to them. And that is the main point of travel Public Relations. We help clients to formulate the right message, whether it be classy, sexy, pithy ... Thanks to our strong media relations we deliver valuable PR coverage to our clients, organize media events, successful media fam trips and worthwhile media analysis. Travel Advance - Event management

Event management

Travel Advance knows its markets well and is well placed to facilitate travel trade events for companies coming from outside interested in working with these regions. Targeted destination-focused workshops are the most cost-effective means for hotels, DMCs and tourism boards to reach interested travel trade buyers. In the post-Covid19 age, virtual meetings are crucial, and Travel Advance can arrange B2B webinars with the travel trade.

DMC and Hotels Representation

We visit tour operators and incentives houses regularly and offer front of mind awareness, product training to sales consultants, representation at trade shows and other tourism workshops, market-specific strategic advice as well as coordination of familiarization (study) trips. Promoting a DMC requires a combination of good destination knowledge and sharp sales skills, plus, in the case of the incentive market, some luck –being in the right place at the right time. It is essential to be visible to incentive agents as possible and to create front of mind awareness.
